Below, we have grouped several different items together that people typically choose when they are having a Traditional Funeral Service. These packages are simply examples of what merchandise and services you may want to choose for a Funeral Service. By no means are the packages listed the only options as far as merchandise and services that are available at Gordon Funeral Homes. The following packages are designed to meet the needs of most families served by Gordon Funeral Homes. These affordable funeral packages are priced at a discount to the itemized prices found on the General Price List and are only available when purchasing a casket from our funeral home. NONE of the service packages include the prices of cash advance items, such as: flowers, newspaper obituaries, death certificates, cemetery charges, honorariums, etc.
Traditional Funeral Service Packages
Designed to meet the needs of families who want a traditional funeral, these packages do not include the prices of merchandise such as a casket, vault, or cash advance items. Other items from the General Price List may be added to these packages.
Traditional Package I - Full Traditional Funeral
Includes: Professional Services, Preparation of the body, Use of facilities (including Family Center) and staff for funeral, Use of facilities (including Family Center) and staff for one day of calling hours (up to three hours), Vehicles, Basic Printing Package.

Traditional Package II - Partial Traditional Funeral
Includes: Professional Services, Preparation of the body, Use of facilities (including Family Center) and staff for funeral, Vehicles, Basic Printing Package. Does not include calling hours.

Traditional Package III - Traditional Funeral Followed by Cremation
Includes: Professional Services, Preparation of the body, Use of facilities (including Family Center) and staff for funeral, Use of facilities (including Family Center) and staff for calling hours (up to three hours), Cremation Fee, Vehicles, Basic Printing Package.

Econo-Traditional Service Packages
These affordable funeral service packages include: basic services of the Funeral Director and staff, transfer of remains to the funeral home, embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities and staff for funeral service in our chapel, and automotive equipment (excluding limousine). Does not include a vault, separate day of visitation, or any cash advance items.
No changes are allowed when using our “Econo-Traditional” packages.

Funeral Home charges and a cloth-covered casket.
