To the family of John: Although we did not know John well, we knew him to be a man of a deep and abiding faith. His service to the Lord was noticeable...even from a distance. We have been praying for the Johnstone family over these months on hospice and now at his passing. What a great legacy John has left. He finished well. Please allow these words from scripture to speak in ways we cannot: “Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:18-3 / We will continue in our prayers for you all. May God's Holy Spirit surround you and bring you comfort. In His awesome grip, Pastor T.J. & Gloria
