William H. Lotz
Age 67, of Waynesburg, passed away Sat., Sept. 4, 2021. He was born Oct. 14, 1953 in Canton, a son of the late Kenneth A. and Lois (Kinnemon) Lotz, and was a life resident of Waynesburg. Bill was a 1972 graduate of Sandy Valley High School He retired in 2007 from Trbovich Distributing where he drove a BP Fuel Truck. He also was a self-employed auto body repairman, and he and his wife owned and operated Lotz's Smokin' BBQ Catering. He was a member of Faith Family Church and also The Crossing Church in Ruskin, FL, that they attended near their home in Sun City, FL, which they have owned since 2010. He liked to watch NASCAR and the OSU Buckeyes. Bill really enjoyed taking his grandson, Quinn, to car shows, and riding four wheelers with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Robin Lotz, with whom he would have celebrated their 32nd Wedding Anniversary on Dec. 22nd, one daughter, Brandi Korzan, two grandchildren, Quinn Curley and Brynna Curley, one sister and three brothers, Judy & Don Thompson, Larry & Martha Lotz, Jim & Diana Lotz, and Kenny Lotz.
Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Scott Anderson officiating. Friends may call Wed. 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill’s memory may be made to his two favorite places to donate, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or Arctic Barnabas Ministries, 135 N.
