Norma Jean Bolin
Age 93, of Waynesburg, passed away Friday Dec. 28, 2018 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born Feb. 4, 1925 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Romolo and Mary (Mann) Pasquali, and was a life resident. Norma was a 1943 graduate of Waynesburg High School. She had been a Presiding Judge for the Stark County Board of Elections for many years, and also had worked at Waynesburg Food Market and Isalys. Norma was a long-time devoted member of St. James Catholic Church. She started the Craft Ladies in 1963 and was the last founding member. She also was a member of the Busy Bees Card Club. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Gene Bolin, on May 15, 1986, a son, Anthony Bolin, on Jan. 6, 2011, and a brother, Gene Pasquali. Norma is survived by three daughters, Lanie (Tim) Jones, Melodye (Bob) Moneypenny, and Holly (Bolin) Woodyard; 12 grandchildren, Tricia (Christopher) Presutti, Jennifer (Sean) Haney, Christopher Jones, Toni Marie Bolin, Nicole (Henry) Coreas, Travis (Jacy) Bolin, Angela (Shane) Frazier, Anthony (Jordan) Bolin, Jason (Sarah Szoke) Moneypenny, Allison (Shannon Paige) Moneypenny, Lindsey Moneypenny, and Zachary Woodyard; and 14 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Friends may call Wed. 6-8 p.m. AT THE CHURCH. Interment will be in Sandy Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Norma Jean’s memory may be made to St. James Catholic Church, 400 W. Lisbon St., Waynesburg, OH 44688. The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.
