Margot Jayne Schoeppner
age 179 days, passed away without pain Monday January 10, 2022 at Akron Children's Hospital surrounded by her parents and the medical team with whom she shared her life. Margot endured many medical struggles that her extra chromosome threw at her and God decided it was time to let her tiny body rest.
Margot was born July 16, 2021 to parents Nicholas and Hosanna Schoeppner of Jackson Township, Ohio. During her nearly 6 months of life, Margot touched so many hearts and taught us so many lessons about what is truly important. Margot loved sleeping in mom and dad's lap, getting her unique little eyebrows rubbed, watching the lights on her toys, and licking anything put near her adorable little tongue. Margot was a special baby and was loved beyond words.
Margot is survived by her parents, big sister Ruby, paternal grandparents Dan and Becky Schoeppner, and her maternal grandmother Jayne Le, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Margot was recently preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Tien Le, who we are sure has not set her down since Jesus carried her home.
Margot's parents have plans to establish a memorial fund with the goal of providing comfort and aid to others in memory of Margot to which donations may be made. A private graveside service is to be planned. The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
