Obituary

Leo J. Johnston

 Age 70, of Magnolia, passed away Fri., Sept. 16, 2022.  He was born August 22, 1952 in Dover, a son of the late James and Mary (Holcomb) Johnston, and was a life resident of this area.   Leo was a 1971 graduate of Tusky Valley High School, and was a retired employee of Ohio Roll Grinding in Canton where he ground steel coils and also worked in shipping.   Leo honorably served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Bonnie Johnston, on Oct. 29, 2012, three sisters and two brothers, Thelma Arnold, Beatrice VanMeter, Bonnie Pittman, Fred Johnston and Kenny Johnston.  Leo is survived by his son, Eugene Johnston.
