JOHN W. BROUCKER,
Age 74, of Waynesburg, passed away Thur., May 27, 2021. Born June 14, 1946, in Canton, a son of the late Frank and Grace (Navarra) Broucker, Sr., he was a life long resident of Waynesburg. John was a 1964 graduate of Sandy Valley High School and served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church and retired in 2009 as a truck mechanic for the Stark County Engineers. Preceded in death by an infant brother, Louis. Survived by his wife, Antonietta Broucker, with whom he would have celebrated their 49th Wedding Anniversary on June 3rd; two daughters and sons-in-law, Toni Ann (Ray) Ammons, and Lisa (Troy) Broucker; twin sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy (Bob) Reed; one brother, Frank Broucker, Jr., two grandchildren, Taylor Ammons and Lucia Adams; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends that meant a great deal to him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before the service, from 10-11 a.m. in the church. The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.
