Age 25, of East Canton, passed away Mon., July 18, 2022. He was born April 10, 1997, in Canton, was a 2015 graduate of Sandy Valley High School and worked as a welder for Lindsay PreCast. His hobbies included playing with his children, hunting with his dad, working on cars, and barbecuing.
Anyone who knew Brody knew that he could light up a room. He had an infectious smile, and a joking personality. Brody’s eclectic sense of fashion was always a conversation piece around the dinner table. He was a jokester who loved to have fun. When it came to his family he was always there and supportive.
Brody was an organ donor so that by giving of himself, others could be helped.
Preceded in death by his brother, Jeremy Barnett, and his grandmother, MaryEllen Pettegrow. Survived by his wife, Jasmine Baisden; two children, Jasper and Hazel; his parents, David Barnett and Angie (Travis) Harsh, Jeremy Baisden; two sisters, Shelby Baisden and Alexis Harsh; his half-sister, Trinity Baisden; his grandfather, Gary Pendleton, Linda and Dave Wendling; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be held Friday, July 22nd at 12 noon in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. Friends may call two hours before the service, from 10 am to 12 noon. Friends and family will be giving eulogies at the service. A Celebration of Life will follow, location to be announced at the conclusion of funeral services. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Brody’s name may be made to the family for the benefit of his children. Contributions will be put into a trust for the children to use upon turning 18 years old.
