WILLIAM E. WALTHER,

Age 70, of Louisville, passed away Friday morning, Oct. 7, 2016.  Born in Canton, a son of the late Emil and Mary (Phillips) Walther, he had been a Louisville resident since 1981.  Bill was a 1964 Graduate of Lehman High School and retired from the Timken Co. after 13 years service where he was a timekeeper.  He was a member of the 11th Street Church of God, the Louisville Eagles, William McKinley Lodge #431, F. & A. M., which he served as Master in 1979, and the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Canton.  Survived by his wife, Jacklie Burlingame-Walther; one daughter and son-in-law, Tammi and Andrew Lawrence; one son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Tara Walther; and two granddaughters, Jana and Jordyn Walther.  Services will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Shafer officiating.  Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call Tues. from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.  Masonic Services will be held Tues at 5:45 p.m.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
