VIVIAN A. PATTERSON, Age 90, of Massillon, passed away Thur. evening in the Laurels of Massillon. Born in Pleasant City, OH, a daughter of the late Homer and Irene Harper Trott, she had been a Canton resident since 1941, previously residing in Bonita Springs during the winter and recently Massillon since 1998. Vivian retired in 1987 from Value City after over 12 years service where she was office manager. Previously she worked for A&P and also Hercules Engines during the war. Preceded in death by her husband, Ray Patterson. Survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Karen Gonda, of Massillon, and Joyce and Greg Triner, of Canton; one son, Ronald Nelisher, of Cuyahoga Falls; one brother, Don Trott, of Wadsworth; and seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Services will be held Mon. at 1:30 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffrey L. Shultz officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
