Virginia "Ginny" Cappelli

Age 79 of Malvern, OH went home to be with the Lord on October 25, 2022. Born November 16, 1942, in Canton, OH to the late Ernest and Pauline (Nigro) Householder.  Ginny was a 1961 graduate from Malvern High School. She married her sweetheart Ray on April 27th, 1963.  She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend, and the world's greatest grandma. She loved her family with all her heart. Many people would remember her from the 30 years she spent working for Lake Mohawk as a gate guard and retiring as the assistant manager. She and Ray spent a lot of time traveling back and forth to Florida in their early years of marriage and resided in their home at Lake Mohawk. She loved Sunday family dinners, anything nautical, cruising around in the convertible with Ray, watching fireworks, swinging on her porch swing, playing cards, and most of all being a grandma. To know her, was to love her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 59 years, Raymond Cappelli; two sons, Paul (Karen) Cappelli and Matthew (Kelly) Cappelli; grandchildren, Kristen Cappelli and her fiance, Charles Boyer, and Chase Cappelli and Carolinn Mills; brother, Duane (Juanita) Householder; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Loren (Lena) Hein; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Josephine Slutz and a grandson, Chad Cappelli.

Private Family Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Novenber 1st at 11:00 AM at Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia, OH with Fr. Victor Cinson officiating. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to the Arbors of Minerva, 400 Carolyn Court, Minerva, OH 44657.
