Virginia L. Albrecht

Age 70, of Carrollton, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023.  She was born June 13, 1953 in Massillon, OH, and had been a Carrollton resident since 2018 when she and Terry were married.  Virginia had worked as a Nurse's Aide at several nursing homes.  She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Waynesburg.

Virginia is survived by her husband, Terry J. Albrecht; two daughters, Ashley (Sean) Zuh and Kathryn (Kevin) Evans; three step-children, Lisa (James) Campbell, Tammy (Marcus) Chapman, and Shawn (Marcy) Albrecht; eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Matthew Humerickhouse as Celebrant.  There are no calling hours.  Interment will be in Baxters's Ridge Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Virginia's memory may be made to Hospice of Carroll County, 716 Commercial Ave. SW, New Philadelphia, OH  44663.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
