TERRY BLIND, Age 72, of Waynesburg, passed away Mon. morning in Aultman Hospital. Born in Stockport, OH, a son of the late Clifton and Thyra Gage Blind, he had been a resident of this area for 55 years. Terry retired in 1984 from White Engines as a boiler operator and served with the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Blind, on June 20, 1992, and a brother, Alva Blind. Survived by one daughter, Sherry Blind-Hohler, of Minerva; three sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Debbie Blind, and Brent and Joni Blind, all of the home, and Bart and Barbara Blind, of FL; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Gloria Halter, of Canton, and Sandra and Donnie Niece, of Waynesburg; two brothers, Stanley Blind, of NC, and Alan Blind, of Waynesburg; nine grandchildren, Josh, Pete, Candace, Cody, Robert, Jeromiah, Sheyanne, Tiffany, and Sawyer; and five great grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Terry's nurse, Jackie. Services will be conducted Fri. at 11 a.m. in Finefrock-Gordon Funeral home in Magnolia with David Naus officiating.
