SHIRLEY A. LANTZ,

Age 85, of Canton, passed away Fri., May 23, 2014.  Born in Canton, a daughter of the late John and Sarah (Jackson) Wadsworth, she had been a life resident of Canton.  Shirley was a 1946 graduate of Lincoln High School and retired from Ohio Bell where she was an operator.  Preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.  Survived by her loving husband, Harold "Jay" Lantz, Jr., with whom she would have celebrated their 59th Wedding Anniversary on Aug. 27th; two daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and Randy McCarty, of North Canton, and Lori and Gerry Helline, Jr., of Canton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Douglas and Paula Lantz, of Cincinnati, and Brett and Tina Lantz, of Columbus; two sisters, Mary Jane McKean and Sally Wadsworth; nine grandchildren, Stephanie (Matt) Ware, Courtney (Simon) Roots, Tiffanie (Terry) Miller, Gerry Paul Helline III, Taylor (Jake) Uehlin, Heather Helline, Bridgette Helline, Kelsey Lantz, Samantha Lantz; and two great grandchildren, Stephanie & Chloe Miller.  Services will be held Tues. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev.
