Sherie A. Bockus

Age 80, of Canton, passed away Friday May 4, 2018.  She was born Nov. 18, 1937 in Canton, a daughter of the late Helen (Brothers) Bockus, was raised in East Sparta, and resided in Canton most of her life.  Sherie was a 1955 graduate of Sandy Valley High School.  She worked for Bair's Inc. for 38 years as a salesperson, and then for Frank's Produce from August of 1995 until retiring.  She was a member of East Sparta United Methodist Church.  Sherie is survived by cousins.  A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in East Sparta Cemetery with Pastor Peggy Garner officiating. There will be no calling hours.  Contributions in Sherie's memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, 6100 Rockside Woods Blvd. N, Suite 445, Independence, OH 44131.
