Sean D. Varansky,

Age 50, of Coconut Creek, FL, passed away on September 16th, 2024.  He was born November 27, 1973, in Canton, a son of Joni Varansky and the late John Varansky.  Sean was a 1992 graduate of Tusky Valley High School and was working at Hollywood Woodwork as a Field Superintendent. On top of work, he was always exploring new interests and hobbies, including woodworking, golfing, fishing, brewing his own beer, biking, and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes and New York Yankees. Sean was a loving son, a caring sibling, a good friend, and a devoted husband and father. And he really enjoyed his latest role as grandpa.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Gidget Varansky; one daughter, Erica Zook, and her daughter, Valentina; one son and daughter-in-law, Matthew (Brooke) Zook and their baby due in February; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer (Chad) Ladrach, and Kayla (Zachary) Kopp; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Derek (Heidi) Varansky, James (fiancée Cari Reno) Varansky, Bret Varansky, and Brian (Jaemi) Varansky; and numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend, Yander Rivas. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at 11 am in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call Tuesday, September 24th, from 6-8 pm in the funeral home.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
