SANTA J. MORRIS,

Age 81, of North Canton, passed away Thur., Oct. 22, 2015.  Born in Canton, a daughter of the late Adam and Betty (Cobane) Evey, Sr., she had been a life resident of the North Canton area.  Santa retired from the Hoover Co. in 1991, was a member of Zion United Church of Christ and enjoyed reading, sewing and crocheting.  Preceded in death by two brothers, Adam Evey, Jr., and Forrest Evey.  Survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Chuck Mitchell; one son and his fiancée, Jerry Morris and Debra Parker; five sisters and one brother-in-law, Carol and Norwood Houston, Patricia Schlabach, Tamara Parker, Lindy Callahan, and Debby Tomasic; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Janie Evey; four grandchildren Ryan and Chris Mitchell, Autumn and Adam Morris; and one great grandson, Jaxx Morris.  A Memorial Services will be held Tues. at 7 p.m. in Zion United Church of Christ with Rev. Eli Klingensmith officiating.  Friends may call two hours before the service, from 5 to 7 p.m., in the church.  The Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  The family would like to thank Palliative Care, Aultman Hospice, and Debra Parker for the excellent care and concern they showed for Santa.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Santa's memory may be made to Zion United Church of Christ, 415 S.
