Age 66, of Navarre, passed away Fri., May 10, 2024.  She was born March 3, 1958 in Dover, a daughter of the late Lloyd W. Ringley and Sue (McKittrick) Burleson.  Sandy lived in East Sparta for most of her life. She was a 1976 graduate of Sandy Valley High School and graduated from Stark State College with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Sandy retired from PMC Systems in Youngstown where she was an Electrical & Estimating Engineer.

Sandy loved her horse, Jack, and her dogs, Izzy Mae, and Charley.

Survived by one sister, Tammy Fiddler, and her favorite brother-in-law, Tom Witts; two nieces, Jaclynn (Michael) Jett, and Jennifer Fiddler; great nieces, great nephews, one great niece, one great nephew; two aunts, Mary Prince, and Barbara McKittrick, and several cousins.
