Rosemary Annette Jackson,

age 84, passed away Saturday April 4, 2026, in Hennis Care Center of Bolivar. She was born on December 5, 1941, in Canton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Oscar and Elsie (Wiezbiski) Pomesky. Rosemary was a lifelong resident of Waynesburg and lifetime member of Saint James Catholic Church where she was an organist for over 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Jr, and her granddaughter Eleanor Elizabeth Jackson. She is survived by two daughters, Diane Longstreth, and Jeannie Jackson; one son Mark Jackson and her daughter-in-law Jaime Jackson; one brother Robert Pomesky, five grandchildren: Scott, Emma, Hailey, Lillian, and Gabriel Jackson and three great grandchildren AJ and Ashton Pierson and Aubriana Jackson.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, April 12 from 4 to 6pm in Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, April 13 at 11:00am at Saint James Catholic Church in Waynesburg with Father Fritz Schlueter as Celebrant.
