IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Ronald C.
Salvaggio
August 11, 1967 – September 3, 2015
Ronald Charles Salvaggio (Dinsio) 1967-2015
Age 48, of Sandy Township, OH, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home following a period of declining health, with his mommy, Bert J. Dinsio, and his aunt Pat Lyons, at his side. Born in Chicago, IL August 11, 1967, Ron was the son of Maria Dinsio Leclaire and Ronald Segretti. Ronnie was an excellent hockey player with a future on the ice, when he was struck down with Juvenile Diabetes. He was a Cadet at Midwest Military Academy in Wheaton, IL. Ron completed his education at Timken High School in Canton. While in Canton, Ronnie would learn the art of becoming a disc jockey from Thomas Gallion, Jr., presently the owner of Hannah Candles in Massillon. He then went on to become a disc jockey in Chicago. His career as a disc jockey would be cut short due to a motorcycle accident which left him brain injured. Ron was trained and became a partner in B-Team Construction in Chicago. His skills included electric, plumbing, drywall, and anything else necessary for maintenance of both commercial and residential properties. Ron, also known as D. J. Bodge, would continue in this line of work as owner of D. J. Bodge's Handyman LLC until his last accident six years ago. Ron had many nicknames that he was called, such as "Bo", "Bird", "Bodgie", "Butt Head", and "D. J. Bodge", which was his favorite. Ron was preceded in death by his grandpa, Danny Tamburrino, his loving grandmother, Josephine Dinsio Marshall, and his daddy, Ronald Charles Segretti. He leaves behind his beloved mommy and Godmother, Bert J. Dinsio, his loving mother, Maria Dinsio Leclaire, and his favorite Aunty Pats Lyons, as well as one daughter, one granddaughter, a great-aunt in Florida, an aunt in Scottsdale, AZ, an uncle in Austintown, OH, a cousin, Vinnie, in South Carolina, and a cousin in Austintown. Services for D. J. Bodge were held private at Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. Bodge was deeply loved, and will be missed. We rejoice in knowing he is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hope you're dancing in the sky, and I hope you're singing in the Angels Choir. Until we meet, spin them, D. J. Bodge. We love you. www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
