Ronald D. Hurley Age 72, of Canton, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, in Aultman Hospital. He was born in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Ralph and Ruth (Zimmer) Hurley, and had been a Canton resident most of his life. Ron was a 1957 graduate of Steubenville High School. He retired in 2001 from Diebold Inc., after 41 years service, where he was a machinist. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Survived by his wife, Beverly A. Hurley, with whom he celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary on Sept. 18th; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Eric and Kristen Hurley, of Canton, David Hurley, of Seattle, WA, and Jeff Hurley; one sister, Nita Andes, of St. Clairsville, OH; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Jean Hurley, of Orrville, OH and Jim and Deborah Hurley, of Rio Rancho, NM. A Memorial Service will be held on Wed., Nov. 16, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. in Altercare of Louisville where his wife resides. The Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
