RONALD S. GIBAS,

age 68, of North Canton, passed away Sun., May 7, 2017.  Born in Bellaire, OH, a son of the late Stanley and Ann (Todoroff) Gibas, he had been a Canton resident since 1979.  Ronald was a 1966 graduate of St. John Central High School in Bellaire and a 1970 graduate of the Ohio State University.  He retired in 2015 from Summit Environmental Technologies, Inc. as a Quality Manager and had attended St. Paul's Catholic Church in North Canton.  Survived by his wife, Andrea (Kresak) Gibas, with whom he would have celebrated their 45th Wedding Anniversary on Oct.7; one daughter and her fiancé, Sarah Gibas and Justin Noll; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Michael Chiricuzio, and Jane and Curt Koshenka; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Andrew and Dorothy Kresak.  A Memorial Service will be held Thur. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Fr. Daniel Finnerty officiating.  Friends may call one hour before the service, from 10-11 a.m.  in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ronald's memory may be made to: the Alzheimer's Association, P.O.
