Ronald W. Daubert
Age 54, of Waynesburg, passed away suddenly Wed. evening, April 18, 2012, in his home. He was born in Loudonville, OH, a son of William Daubert, of Perrysville, OH and the late Lida (Eggerton) Daubert, and was a Waynesburg resident 16 years. Ron was a 1976 graduate of Loudonville High School, a 1980 graduate of Walsh University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, and did Masters Degree work at Akron University. He was a Lab Technician at Aultman Hospital. Ron was an active member of St. James Catholic Church, where he had been a member of the Parish Council and St. James Council #14491 of the Knights of Columbus. Surviving besides his father is his wife, Barbara J. Daubert, with whom he celebrated their 30th Wedding Anniversary on August 8, 2011; two daughters and sons-in-law, Megan and Michael Smith, of North Canton, and Emily and Robert Adams, of Evanston, IL; one son, William Daubert and his fiancee, Kelsey Johnson, of Painesville, OH; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Anne and Ted Bantz, and Jennifer and Scott Keiser, all of Loudonville, and Christie and Michael Bottger, of Brunswick, OH; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Joan Daubert, and Ken and Tawnja Daubert, all of Perrysville; numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Interment in St. Peters Catholic Cemetery in Loudonville at 2 p.m. Monday, and those unable to attend the Mass are welcome at the graveside service. Friends may call Sunday 2-5 p.m.at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ron's memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, 1815 W. Market St., Suite 108, Akron, OH 44313. Ron was a man of strong faith and family values, and was extremely proud of his children.
