ROGER E. LONES,

Age 75, of Magnolia, passed away Sun., May 1, 2016.  Born in Nelsonville, a son of the late Harold and Leona (Misner) Lones, he had lived most of his life in the Sandy Valley area.  Roger retired from Canton Drop Forge as a forklift operator.  Preceded in death by his wife, Judith Lones, his son, David Lones, and one sister and two brothers.  Survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Lisa Harper, Vicki and Jeff Reynolds, and April and Tim Ritenour; two sons, Michael Lones and Roy Lones; two sisters; three brothers; and twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  Services will be held Thur. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia.  Interment in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call one hour before the service, from 10-11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Roger's memory may be made to the family to help defray expenses.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
