Roberta "Bobbie" Speidel

Age 79, of Canton, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015, in Windsor Medical Center.  She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late Robert and Kathryn (Geisman) Blackwood, and was a life resident.  Bobbie was a 1954 graduate of Timken Vocational High School.  She was a member of St. Stephen Martyr Lutheran Church.  Survived by her husband, F. Jack Speidel, with whom she celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary on July 11, 2014, and two Godchildren, Joshua and Jordan Reddick.  Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Bruce R. Roth officiating.  Entombment will be in Forest Hill Mausoleum.  Friends may call Sunday 2-4 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bobbie's memory may be made to either St. Stephen Martyr Lutheran Church, 4600 Fulton Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44718, or Aultman Hospice, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44708.  Jack wishes to express his appreciation to the staff of Windsor Medical Center and Aultman Hospice for the love and care they gave to Bobbie.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
