Roberta L. "Jackie" Beaber,

Age 95, of North Canton, passed away Fri., June 20, 2025.  She was born Aug. 17, 1929, in Roswell, OH, a daughter of the late David and Veda (Bailey) Ball.  Jackie was a 1947 graduate of Strasburg High School and was a member of RiverTree Christian Church.  She had lived at Willowdale Lake for over seventy years and was an active member of the Willowdale Lake Women's Club.  Preceded in death by her first husband, E. Fred Flickinger in 1971, her second husband, John Beaber in 2008, her son Craig Flickinger, and two sisters, Lucille Letherman, and Louise Atkinson.  Survived by two daughters, Vicki (Bryan Dougherty) Flickinger, and Ronda (Rocco) Ghezzi; one son, Ricki Flickinger; one daughter-in-law, Michael Flickinger; two step daughters, Julie (Santo Giardina) Beaber, and Justine Beaber; and eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  Calling hours will be held Thur., June 26, from 11am- 1 pm in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home.  There will be no service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jackie's name may be made to: Willowdale Lake Women's Club, 610 Willowdale Lake Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
