Robert W. Weekley

Age 71, of Canton, passed away Sat. April 7, 2018.  He was born Jan. 16, 1947 in Glendale, WV, a son of the late Francis and Gladys (Leasure) Weekley, and had been a Waynesburg area resident most of his life.  Bob attended Sandy Valley High School.  He had been a long-time truck driver and retired from Absolute Pharmacy as a delivery driver.  Bob was a member of the Bolivar Sportsman's Club and the Bolivar Army-Navy Club.  He enjoyed fishing and playing cards and getting together with the Harrison Paint Breakfast Club the first Monday of every month. Bob proudly served in the U. S. Army.  He is survived by his wife, Marlene A. (Rosia) Weekley, with whom he would have celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on Nov. 9, 2018; two daughters and one son, Anne (Jim) Devaul, and their children, Kaleb and Bailey, Christina (Christopher) Foraker, and their children, Rosaley and Jade, Robert (Heather) Weekley, and children, Ysabel, Deacon, Liam, Hayden, and Amelia; one sister and one brother, Karen (Jim) Maple and Larry Weekley; and his beloved dog, Dave.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr.
