ROBERT BUTLER, SR. Age 67, of Canton, passed away Mon. morning in Manor Care of Belden Village. Born in Johnstown, PA, a son of the late Robert and Mary Lambert Butler, he had served with the U.S. Navy. Robert was a member of the Army & Navy Union Garrison 1978 in New Philadelphia and a former member of the Foresters Club. Preceded in death by two brothers, Darryl and Gary Butler. Survived by his wife, Dorothy Butler, with whom he celebrated their 32nd Wedding Anniversary on June 30th; two daughters, Jane Smith and Alida Schneider; two sons, Robert Butler, Jr. and Jerry Butler; two brothers, Donald and Mike Butler; one stepbrother, Brian Yendzik; and five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Services will be conducted Thur. at 11 a.m. in Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Chaplain Terry Livengood officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
