Robert W. Rhodes

Age 72, of Dellroy, passed away Sunday April 29, 2018.  He was born Jan. 4, 1946 in Dover, a son of the late Walter and Opal (Fulk) Rhodes, and was a Dellroy resident 35 years. Bob retired in 2000 from Republic Engineered Steel, after 34 years service, where he was a machine operator.  He was a member of St. James Catholic Church and Louisville Eagles, Aerie #2374.  Bob is survived by his wife, Luann M. Rhodes, to whom he was married 36 years on April 17th, six children, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.  He has two sisters, Linda (Pete) Nedro and Jane Howenstine.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant.  Friends may call Thursday 12-2 p.m. at the church before the Mass.  Interment will be in St. Mary's Church Cemetery.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
