Richard Turner

Richard C. Turner,

Age 70, of Magnolia, passed away Wed., May 13, 2026. He was born Sept. 19, 1955, in Canton, a son of the late Charles and Frances (Flood) Turner. Richard was a 1974 graduate of Hoover High School, retired from AT&T as a Technician and was a member of St. James Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by his wife, Susan Turner, his brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Sandy Turner, and his in-laws, Dale and Lucille Trachsel. Survived by two sons, Ryan Turner and Kevin Turner; three sisters, Kathleen Rose, Annette (Charles) Skolnik, and Beth (John) Krinock; one brother, Douglas (Suzie) Turner; one sister-in-law, Sandy (Mike) Kisak; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Fri. at 11am in St. James Catholic Church in Waynesburg with Fr. Fritz Schlueter as Celebrant. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Thur. from 6-8pm in Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Richard’s name may be made to: The Tuition Angel of St. James School, 400 W.
