Richard A. Brunk

Age 67, of Dover, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023.  He was born Nov. 4, 1955 in Dover, a son of the late Calvin and June (Wood) Brunk, was raised in Mineral City and had been a Dover resident 30 years.  He was a 1974 graduate of Tusky Valley High School, and had been employed in Shipping & Receiving for Carter Lumber Co.  Rick had been an active member of the Mineral City Volunteer Fire Department and the EMT's.

He is survived by Miriam Brunk; two sisters, Judy (Phil) Rufner and Cathy Harple; three daughters and ten grandchildren, Sally (Robert) Menefee, and their children, Joshua, Sara, and Jacob, Wilma Yoder and her children, Andrew, Caitlin, Chelsea, and Jared, Amy (Todd) Dennis, and their children, Tyler, Kailey, and Tristin.

Services will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Deacon Lyn Houze officiating.  Friends may call Wed. 10-11 a.m. before the service.  Interment will be in German Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
