Penny K. Fenton
age 61, of Magnolia, passed away Tuesday in her home. She was born in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late James and Lucille (Flowers) Dillon, and had been a Magnolia resident since 1998. Penny was a 1969 graduate of Follansbee, WV High School, and attended Kent State University for two years, with an Associate Degree in Criminal law. She had been a policewoman for the Weirton, WV Police Dept., owned a Christmas tree farm in Mineral City, and had been an armed security guard for United Security in Canton, and Cleveland Metro in Cleveland. Preceded in death by her husband, Ronald R. Fenton, on May 23, 2008. Survived by her daughter, Arica Hay, of Colorado Springs, Co, three grandchildren, and her sister, Mary Ickes, of Copley, OH. According to Penny's wishes there will be no services. The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.
