Peia Vinci (Vinciquerra)
Age 95, of Waynesburg, passed away Saturday afternoon in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Joseph and Clorinda (Martinelli) Mutigli, and was a life resident. Peia had worked at the Italian-American Club and Helen's Pizza. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and the Italian-American Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roma Vinci, on Feb. 4, 1997, a sister, Merina Del Corso, and two brothers, Evio and Donald Mutigli. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Jim Adams, of Louisville; three grandchildren, Debra (Brian) Bricker, Kathleen (Todd) Collins, and Jeff (Paula) Adams; six great-grandchildren, Lauren, Kristen, Christopher, Makayla, Colby, and Brooke; one sister, Helen Carpino, of Waynesburg, and one brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Clara Mutigli, of Waynesburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery.
