Peggy Ann Slentz

Age 55, of Magnolia, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015, in Spartanburg, SC Medical Center.  She was born in Canton, a daughter of Samuel Lloyd Russell, of Dellroy, and the late Mary Ann (Ray) Russell, and had been a Magnolia resident most of her life.  Surviving besides her father is her husband, Carl A. Slentz; five daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie & Todd Griffith, of St. Petersburg, FL, Melissa & Tony Nutter, Zenia Slentz, and Sabrina Snyder, all of Canton, and Tasha and Earl Beheler, of Union, SC; one son, Karl Slentz, of Canton; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Tammy and Allen Fornash, of Waynesburg,  Samie and Curt Barrett, of Carrollton, and Candy and Robert Carroll, of East Sparta; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Samuel Russell, of East Sparta, and Simon and Christina Russell, of Magnolia; 11 grandchildren and one soon to be born.  Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Andrew Bailey officiating.  Interment  in Greenlawn Cemetery in Sandyville following cremation.  Friends may call Tuesday 10-11 a.m. before the service.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
