Pauline T. Lewis Age 84, of Massillon, passed away Sat. morning, July 14, 2012, in Rose Lane Health Center. She was born in Somerset, PA, a daughter of the late Charles and Cecil (McClintock) Phillippi, and was a resident of the Canton area most of her life. Pauline retired in 1993 from The Timken Co., after 42 years' service, where she was a bearing inspector. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Louisville Eagles. Preceded in death by her husband, Lynn "Kit" Lewis, on Sept. 17, 1986, a son, Robert Baer, in 2004, and a brother, Ellwood Phillippi. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Daniel Lallathin, with whom she resided; three step-sons, Jeff Lewis and his wife, Sara, of New Philadelphia, Todd Lewis of Texas, and Jerry Lewis, of Southern Ohio; one sister, Nancy Snodgrass, of Canton; four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Services will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor James Roma officiating. Interment in German Cemetery in Mineral City.
