Paul K. Overdorf

Age 87, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017.  He was born Dec. 25, 1929 in Sandyville, a son of the late Stuart and Bessie (Sheline) Overdorf, and had been a Canton resident many years, previously Dellroy and Waynesburg.  Paul was a retired construction worker and also was a maintenance worker at Mercy Medical Center.  He was a member of the Junior Order of United American Mechanics.  Besides his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his wife. Mary (Kepler) Overdorf, and a son, Mark Overdorf.  He is survived by his daughter, Sheri (Daniel) Kasler, two grandsons, and five great-grandchildren, Michael (Maggie) Dotson, and their children, Lena and Dominic, and Bill (Lisa) Kasler, and their children, Natalie, Tyler, and Blake, and Paul's close friend, Bev Davis.  Services will be held Sat. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home.  Friends may call Sat. 10-11 a.m. before the service.  Interment will be in Melscheimer Cemetery with Military Honors.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
