IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia Jean
Morris
December 15, 1940 – October 2, 2025
Patricia Jean Morris,
a beloved mother, grandmother, partner, and friend, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Her life was a radiant reflection of faith, love, and unwavering generosity. Patricia's heart was devoted to the Lord and her Catholic faith, which guided her every step and inspired her to live a life filled with compassion and kindness. She had a deeply charitable spirit, always finding ways to help those in need, and she brought joy and comfort to all who knew her.
A lover of animals—especially German shepherds—Patricia's gentle soul extended to the creatures she so adored. Her child-like wonder and affection for all things Hallmark and Disney brought a sense of magic and delight to her life and the lives of those around her. Her warm and joyful nature made her a cherished neighbor and a beacon of kindness in her community. Patricia had a brilliant mind for numbers, dedicating 31 years of her professional life to Fisher Foods as a head cashier, and another 13 years to Huntington Bank. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and friendly smile left a lasting impression on her colleagues and customers alike.
She was a proud and supportive mother to her sons, the late Douglas Morris and her surviving son, Steve Morris. She found immense joy in her family, including her cherished granddaughter Victoria (Sebastian), and step-granddaughters Kaela Carhart (and her children Jupiter and Jasper) and Korrie Frankhauser (and her son JuJu). For 38 beautiful years, Patricia shared her life with her loving and faithful partner, Jerry Henderson, whose humor and passion for golf she embraced with a smile. Together, they supported their children and grandchildren at countless race car events, football and baseball games, and many choir, band, and dance rehearsals. Their bond was a testament to enduring love, laughter, and shared purpose.
Patricia had a joyful spirit, a deep love for laughter and friendship, and a wit that brought light even during life's challenges. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
