Patricia A. Mertz Age 60, of Canton, passed away Saturday morning in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late Robert and Lois (Graber) Mertz, Sr., and was a life resident. Patricia was a 1971 graduate of Jackson High School, and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Christopher and Megan Locke, and their children, Riley and Matthew, of Loveland, CO, and Michael Locke, of Denver, CO; her sister, Sue Mertz, of Canton; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Robert and Martha Mertz, Jr., of Uniontown, and Thomas Mertz, of Canton. Family and friends will meet Wed. from 9-10 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. with Fr. Robert Lanterman as Celebrant. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
