Pasquale "Pat" Columbus Faiello

Age 89, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, November 19th, 2025. He was born on October 12th, 1936 in Magnolia, Ohio, son of the late Rocco and Carmel (Logozzo) Faiello. Pat was a 1954 graduate at Magnolia High School. Thru his life, Pat lived in Magnolia, Florida, New Jersey & Georgia.

Pat was a stellar athlete, exceling at many sports in his life. He was an outstanding Baseball Player but his finest talent was on the Basketball Court where at only 5'-8" he was typically the best player on the court. Pat exceled in Men's Softball Leagues and a sport called Fumble ball where he was inducted into their Hall of Fame. He was also a Basketball Referee for twelve years.

Pat's career took him in many directions. He worked at Whitacre Greer, Kennedy Space Center, Lockscreen Doors, owned a Diner called Pete's Paddock, worked as a self-employed Carpenter, was a Danco Plumbing Supply salesman, and retired after years of running his own Landscaping business.

Pat had the ability of making everyone around him laugh and have a good time. He was always up for sharing a good story or telling a bad joke and he loved playing card games although he often cheated. He had a passion for gardening, landscaping and being a handyman. He was a huge sports fan following Notre Dame, Ohio State and the Browns. He attended Superbowl III in Miami in 1969 with Joe Namath and Johnny Unitas.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five sisters and five brothers, Rose Pentello, Virginia Rose, Mary Xides, Agnes Larson, Betty Lancaster, Louis, Orlando, Art, Mike and Dick Faiello. Pat is survived by his wife Maris Faiello, sisters Nancy Neisel, Ann Boyde, Vicki Albright and brother Dave & wife Judy Faiello; two daughters and one son, Pam, Denise and Todd Faiello; two stepchildren David and Jared; three grandchildren Jon Paul Lemus, Cory and Drew Faiello; three step grandchildren Jillian, Jordan and Isaac; three great grandsons Ryder Faiello, Cadence and Olias Lemus; and 60 nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Thur., Dec. 11, 2025 at 12pm in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home with Fr. Rick Pentello officiating.  Interment in Magnolia Cemetery.  Friends may call one hour before the service, from 11am-12pm, in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pats memory can be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Society; or kindly plant a tree in Pat's memory!  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
