Pansy O. Falcone
Age 96, of Massillon, passed away Monday morning in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Worthington, WV, a daughter of the late Emmanuel and Hilda Baker Gray, and had been a Canton area resident since 1948. Pansy was a member of the Canton Baptist Temple. Preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Joseph E. Falcone, on March 29, 2004, a daughter-in-law, Louise Falcone, on May 6, 2010, a son-in-law, James McCauley, on June 26, 1993, a grandson, Michael Falcone, and 10 brothers and sisters. Pansy was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, and is survived by two daughters, Betty J. McCauley and Sharon Harris, both of Massillon; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Joseph Falcone and Richard and Lina Falcone, all of Canton; seven grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev. David Harmon and Rev. Jake Tovissi officiating. Entombment in Sunset Hills Burial Park Mausoleum. Friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the Doctors and Nurses of Palliative Care at Aultman Hospital for the love and care they gave to Pansy.
