Pamela R. Hill

Age 67, of North Canton, was released from this physical world and entered the eternal, spiritual realm that awaits us all.  She is perfect, whole and completely at peace. She joins those in the family who preceded her.

Pam was born May 24, 1955 in Canton, the youngest child of a family of 12 to John and Dorothy (Rice) Hill.

She attended McKinley High School and retired from Aultman Hospital in the Food Service Department. She was a member of the Cathedral of Life.

Pam especially enjoyed spending time with her numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.  They brought many days of great joy and satisfaction into her life. As we were saying our goodbyes to her, one niece said, "Thank you for being such a fun aunt, and for also being a little spicey at times." Because love purifies and intensifies through absence, they will have those memories forever.

In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by sisters Sharon Hill and Myra Conaway and Myra's husband Gene Conaway, brother, Richard Hill, and brother-in-law, Mark August.

She is survived by four sisters, Sandra (Jess) Adams, Susan (Thomas) McCully, Peggy (Marcus) Yohn, and Marjorie August, four brothers, Kenneth (Cindy) Hill, Timothy (Tina) Hill, Randy (Nancy) Hill, and Kurt Hill.

Services will be held Sat. at 2 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Dana Gammill officiating.  Friends may call Sat. 12-2 p.m. before the service.  Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery following cremation.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pamela's memory may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care, 2810 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44708, and the family wishes to express their appreciation to the Doctors and staff of Compassionate Care for the love and care they gave to Pamela.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
