Otto W. Hoffman

Age 89, of Canton, passed away Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015.  He was born in North Canton, a son of the late Otto and Amelia (Rothocher) Hoffman, and was a life resident of this area.  Otto took disability retirement in 1963 from The Hoover Co., after 18 years service, where he was a supervisor and truck driver.  He served in the U. S. Navy during World War II.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Evelyn W. Hoffman, on Aug. 22, 2006, and five brothers.  Survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Debora and Dennis Pellegrino, of Canton, and Barbara Dreussi, of Bolivar; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Beverly Millhone, of Navarre, and Timothy and Cindy Hoffman, of El Cajon, CA; one sister, Barbara Fetzer, of Massillon; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.  Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Dr. Joel Adkins officiating.  Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park with Military Honors.  Friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
