CLASSIFIED OBITUARY FOR TUES. NICHOLAS "NICK" TRBOVICH, Age 86, of Waynesburg, passed away Sat. evening in his residence. Born a son of the late Dan and Mildred Perich Trbovich, he had been a life resident of Waynesburg. He retired from the Timken Co. after 30 years service as a truck driver. Nick was very active on the family farm and served with the U.S. Army during WWII. Preceded in death by one sister, Anne Marino and one brother, George Trbovich. Survived by three sisters and one brother-in-law, Helen Hahn, of New Philadelphia, Amelia Sickafoose, and Dorothy and John K. Maxwell, all of Waynesburg; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Sam Trbovich and Oscar and Beverly Trbovich, all of Waynesburg; and many nieces and nephews, whom he always treated as his children. Nick is also preceded in death by his longtime friend, Pat Smith, and is survived by her family. Services will be conducted Wed. at 11 a.m in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Rev. Steven M. Smith officiating. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery in Waynesburg. Friends may call Tues. (TONIGHT) from 7-9 p.m. and Wed. from 10-11 a.m. in funeral home.
