Nancy L. Smith

Age 82, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2022.  She was born August 28, 1940, in New Castle, PA, a daughter of the late Ralph and Betty (Killen) Kitchen, and had been a Canton resident most of her life.  Nancy was a 1958 graduate of Glenwood High School. Nancy loved decorating: she was an excellent seamstress and worked at JoAnn Fabrics in the Home Décor Dept. She also was an avid gardener.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Richard "Dick" Smith, with whom she celebrated their 30th Wedding Anniversary on May 31st; three daughters, Cherie Dimmerling and Daryl Rowland, Melissa (Scott) Hunter, and Melinda (John) Kushner; four grandchildren, Cassie, Grace, Lydia, and Jack Kushner; a sister and brother, Janet (Dennis) Thompson, and Don (Betty) Kitchen.
