Mildred Louise Verboski, age 92, formerly of Canton, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tues., Sept 4, in Azle, TX. Born Oct. 31, 1919 in PA, she will be sadly missed by her only daughter in-law Carol Verboski, of Canton; four grandsons, Joe and Tim Verboski, Chris Perry and Jeff Verboski; two granddaughters, Bonnie Scarpino and Cyndi Korak; one niece, Charlene Savage; one nephew, Chuck Savage; and 25 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Frank Verboski, her mother Mary Resmen, her father Joe Resmen, her only son Joseph Verboski, her sister Josephine Savage and her grandson John Verboski. Mildred was an avid flower gardener and cook and she especially enjoyed animals, computer solitaire and spending time with her family. A memorial service will be held Tues. at 2 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home in Canton with Pastor David Denny officiating.
