Mary L. Prati Age 93, of Waynesburg, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012, in Belle Reve Senior Living Center in Milford, PA. She was born in Rittman, OH, a daughter of the late Nick and Julia (Bryan) Marceric, and had been a Waynesburg resident since 1949. Mary had helped her late husband operate the Tozzi-Prati Food Market and later Waynesburg Foods for many years. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband, John Prati, on Oct. 4, 1977, a son, Michael Prati, on Feb. 28, 1973, one sister and three brothers, Dorothy Bomba, Ralph, Mike, and John Marceric. Survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, JoAnn and Jim Boyd, of Newton, NJ, and Cathryn Prati, of Christiansburg, VA; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sat. at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery.
