Mary E. Maher

Age 68, of Navarre, passed away Thursday, Jan.4, 2018.  She was born August 3, 1949 in Canton, a daughter of the late Marion and Gwenda (Devine) Orlando, and had been an East Sparta resident most of her life.  Mary was a 1967 graduate of Sandy Valley High School, and had been employed 15 years at A.R.E.  Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.  She is survived by her husband, Randy W. Maher, with whom she celebrated their 45th Wedding Anniversary on May 12th; three daughters and two sons, Angela Maher and her fiancé, Chuck Kannal, Amanda (Gary) Miller, Anna Maher and her significant other, Nick Krosse, Arthur Maher and Andrew Maher; seven grandchildren and one soon to be born grandson.  Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Elder Wilbur Griffith officiating.  Interment will be in Indian Run Cemetery.  Friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary's memory may be made to her family to help with expenses.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
