Mary Jane Lyon Age 66, of North Canton, passed away Sat. morning in her home. She was born in Cadiz, OH, a daughter of the late Elmer and Theo (Plantz) Lyon, and had been a Canton resident most of her life. Mary Jane was a 1964 graduate of Timken High School, and retired in 2006 from Nationwide Insurance, after over 25 years' service, where she was an Executive Assistant. She was of Catholic Faith. Preceded in death by two sisters and one brother, Patricia Nagy, Linda Remenaric, and Ronald Lyon. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Mark Hudak, and two grandsons who are the love of her life, Jacob and Joseph Hudak, all of Lewis Center, OH; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Sue Lyon, of Canton, David and Sandi Lyon, of Inverness, FL, Gary and Lisa Lyon, of North Canton, and Robert and Malou DiLoreto, of Prescott, AZ; a sister-in-law, Barbara Lyon, of North Canton; and her beloved cat, Katy. A Memorial Service will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Family and friends may call Wed. 10-11 a.m. before the service.
