Mary E. Albright

Age 94, of Waynesburg, passed away Wed., Dec. 3, 2014, in Aultman Compassionate Care Center.  She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late Sherman and Carrie (Dourm) Dickerhoof, and had been a Waynesburg resident most of her life.  Mary had attended Lehman High School in Canton.  She had helped her husband on the family farm and also worked at Muckley Orchards.  She was a member of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Morges.  She loved sports, especially the Cleveland Indians and Browns.  Mary bowled for many years and she and her husband were avid roller skaters.  Preceded in death by her husband, John C. Albright, on May 4, 1982, one daughter and two sons, Elizabeth, Martin and Clement Albright, and two brothers and one sister.  Survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, George and Margaret Albright, of North Canton, John and Josephine Albright, of Waynesburg, and Glenn and Victoria Albright, of Magnolia; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.  A Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be held Sat. at 11 a.m. in St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Anthony Batt, Fr. Victor Cinson, and her grandson, Fr. Matthew Albright as Celebrants.  Interment in St. Mary's Church Cemetery.  Friends may call Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia.  A Vigil Service will be held at 7:45 p.m. Friday.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
