Marvin R. Burwell Age 78, of Bolivar, passed away Friday morning in Aultman Hospital. He was born in Magnolia, a son of the late Earl and Florence Good Burwell, and was a life resident of this area. Marvin attended Magnolia High School and retired in 1988 from Protection Services, Inc., where he was manager. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Vaughn and Charles. Survived by his wife, Shirley Burwell, with whom he celebrated their 47th Wedding Anniversary on July 13th; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael and Kelley Burwell, of New Philadelphia, Jim Burwell, of Canton, and Stoney "Rocky" Burwell, of Massillon; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with his brother-in-law, Pastor Ferlie Yates officiating. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery.
